Roman L. Kutsy, MD
Dr. Kutsy has been practicing neurology for over 16 years. He graduated from Permskij Medical Academy in Russia in 1983 and completed his residency in Neurology at Albany Medical College in 1995. From 1995-2000, Dr. Kutsy worked in the University of Washington Department of Neurology before opening a private practice. Today he shares his time between his own practice and Advanced Family Medicine.
